I have a 1 bedroom available in downtown right off W. San Francisco St which heads right into the plaza. 10 min walk. Best location, cool neighborhood and you can walk to Devargus or the Santa fe river in minutes or downtown in less than 10 minutes. Perfect location and a safe neighborhood. We will share a bathroom but this house is super cozy, with rustic vibes. I have a pug and a chug!! Low key and friendly. Maybe i am open to another pet, but id rather not. My space is calm, neat and very relaxing, lots of house plants. I love this house, and I’m open to share a room with someone cool and confident. Updated appliances. The house is mostly cleaned with all natural cleaners, and is mostly clean or vacuumed a daily basis. Very organized. I santatize. I want the same, someone who picks up after themselves. Mini splits in the house and you’ll have your own with remote in your room. A/C for summer ❤️ our rooms are no where near each other and there is a door on the side of the house for late nights to your room if you don’t want to wake me up. Separate entrance near bedroom but not in it. Carpets are brand new. Rent and 1/2 utilities is about $100 a month. Winter is higher due to heat costs. Year lease.
