I am looking for a full time roommate for a 6 month lease in my home. Must be good with a dog and must be employed full time non remote. The room is a big lovely bay window room with plenty of evening light and closet space. Heat, hot water and internet, and electric included. Use of back yard, no over night guests, use of kitchen for light cooking. I do require a credit check, 3 months of pay stubs or a new hire letter from your employer. First months, last months.
