After nearly 5 years of time spent in our communal living project, one of our beloved housemates is moving on to a new living situation. We are excited to welcome somebody new and wonderful into our midst who wants to live in community! We have a mission of living well together and we share our food, time, and energy with each other. We have designated weekly house labor, including cooking one dinner per week for the house, as well as a biweekly house meeting. Rent: The room's rent is $1075 per month. Dues which cover groceries, utilities and general household supplies are $435 per person, which amounts to $1510/month. About the room: The room is an east facing upstairs bedroom. It is 200sq feet, and has a door that opens onto our balcony which overlooks the backyard. The house is 6 bedrooms total, with 4 full bathrooms throughout the house. A new member can move-in as soon as October 1, with some flexibility if needed.
