$1,050 / 1br - Single room in 3 bed 1 bath apartment (San Francisco)

I am looking for someone (mid 20s-30s) to take over my spot in a single bedroom in the Baker Beach apartments in the Presidio for $1,050/month. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach, close to the richmond district, the marina, and golden gate bridge. There is easy access to the 29 and PrecidiGo buses and very easy convenient parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and L & M are lovely people and are considerate and respectful housemates! No pets as there is already an adorable pug who lives here. Common areas are furnished (but if people want to bring art that would be lovely)! Before moving in you will have to go through the Presidios screening process including income verification and a background check. Depending on this process earliest move in would be Sep 20 but I am open to discussing dates as late as Oct 7. The lease ends at the end of March, with the option for renewal. This is the smallest room with a west facing window with a stunning view of the marin headlands. M - 32 years old and works in a non profit. She works a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office. In her free time, she likes to cook, go out with friends, or see live music. L - 31 years old and works in digital merchandising. Hybrid with a couple days in the office. Into roller skating, live music, pickleball, dance, and hiking, basically anything that keeps me active and having a good time. Utilities are usually about $130-150 a month depending on the season.
