Hi guys, I am subleasing my room in a full house in Berkley Hills, just next to rose garden (insane view) and 25min away from campus by walk (5 if you take the bus). This is a fully furnished house, with a terrace and a nice view on SF. The room to rent is in the master bedroom. It is shared with another flatmate, so you can basically chill and study in the main room (2 desks), and go to the little room for more privacy. The little room has all the furniture for your clothes and personal stuff as well as a queensize bed. The bathroom is really spacious and clean, and only shared with the flatmate from the master bedroom. The kitchen and leaving room are shared with all the flatmates. There is also a terrace accessible from the master bedroom, with a really nice view on SF, as well as a bbq. Most of the flatmates will be away during the time of the lease so this makes this room a really good deal. The rent is 1000$ a month plus water, electricity, gas, and the deposit is 1500$. The room will be available from the 10th of October 2025 to the 10th of January 2026. The neighborhood is really calm and pretty, and you can play tennis for free at rose garden. I also have many sports equipment that I can leave you to enjoy while I'm not there.
