$1,000 / 4br - Large room available in House (Santa Maria (Taylor Elementary))

Large Room available in house, available for move in immediately $1000/ month, includes all utilities (electricity, gas, trash, sewer, high speed 1Gig internet). The backyard also has a nice covered patio area with a hot tub, TV, and fire pit/seating, as well as a BBQ/smoker and rock climbing wall available for use. 4 total bedroom house: myself in master, 1 room converted to a home office/spare room for guests, and 2 rooms typically rented out. Current roommates are young professionals. House has 2.5 bathrooms: 1 in master bedroom, one half-bath downstairs for guests/convenience, and one upstairs shared between 2 roommates. It has a double vanity with plenty of room for shared space. The house is quiet most of the day, but about once a month or so, we do enjoy hosting friends for a boardgame night, BBQ in the backyard, rock climbing, acro yoga jam, or just hanging out. We also like to go out for those same things when we can, or sometimes just stay home and play some videogames or watch movies. Please no drugs or smoking of any kind.
