TO APPLY GO TO www.MILES.ROCKS What You’ll Do: Supervise and direct day to day aggregate processing operations including the managing, leading and training of employees on the proper operation of all aggregate processing equipment and conveyance systems. Have a full understanding of quality control associated with aggregate production including adjustments that may need to be made during the manufacturing process to ensure products produced meet or exceed the required specifications. Evaluate, problem solve, plan and organize daily production and preventative maintenance. Maintain safety and mining procedures at all times and comply with the regulations of all jurisdictional authorities (MSHA, OSHA, DOE, EPA, County, State, etc). Operate various types of heavy equipment such as front end loaders, backhoes, man-lifts, forklifts, cranes and other related equipment that may be necessary to safely and efficiently complete the job. Perform various tasks with basic hand, electric, pneumatic and computerized tools. Approve purchases of materials that may be necessary to complete assigned duties and tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ of supervisory experience in aggregate processing plants. Experience in 391 welding, cutting and basic fabrications. A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline 6) be a leader and be accountable. Honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.' The ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner. What We Offer: $28.5 – $38 per hour.
