Description

 Short-term, part-time, flexible working schedule  Join our team as a Field Data Collector! In this role, you will conduct parking data collection surveys at various locations within the city, taking photos and entering notes using the mobile app. Your observations will be used to test and improve parking data. The work will be carried out within the city of Alexandria, VA, United States. Payment is 15$-25$ per hour. Responsibilities: Collect all relevant parking data at the test site, both curbside and adjacent parking lots. Take photos of all unique parking signs and any other indicators on block/lot that relate to parking. Count unoccupied on-street parking spaces on each selected block during certain time buckets. Notate data errors in the mobile application when observed. Submit data, including photos and notes, using the mobile application. Ensure accurate and timely data collection. Requirements A recent and capable smartphone model with a data plan. Attention to detail and sharp observation skills. Ability to walk for extended periods. Computer literacy. The ability to work with maps and navigate terrain is a plus.
