What you’ll do: Supervise and direct day to day aggregate processing operations including the managing, leading and training of employees on the proper operation of all aggregate processing equipment and conveyance systems. Have a full understanding of quality control associated with aggregate production including adjustments that may need to be made during the manufacturing process to ensure products produced meet or exceed the required specifications. Evaluate, problem solve, plan and organize daily production and preventative maintenance. Maintain safety and mining procedures at all times and comply with the regulations of all jurisdictional authorities (MSHA, OSHA, DOE, EPA, County, State, etc). Operate various types of heavy equipment such as front end loaders, backhoes, man-lifts, forklifts, cranes and other related equipment that may be necessary to safely and efficiently complete the job. Perform various tasks with basic hand, electric, pneumatic and computerized tools. Approves purchases of material that may be necessary to complete assigned duties and tasks. Have the ability to fabricate with steel or materials provided. Extensive work with a shovel. Have basic plumbing skills and knowledge of electrical (120, 240 & 480 volt). Be able to perform tasks at high elevations. Work in tight or confined spaces. Wear a full face mask respirator in dusty environments. Operate equipment: loader, backhoe, man-lift, forklift, excavator, dozer etc. Perform tasks with basic hand tools. Hard physical labor in any environment Communications: be able to listen and be self-motivated & communicate with co-workers. Proficiency/Dexterity: need to work fast and safe while performing task required. Being agile, good with your hands & tools, and having good hand/eye coordination is vitally important. Stamina: need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and able to stand or kneel & work in dirty, wet or undesirable conditions for long periods of time Team Player: be reliable and dependable to co-workers and to all you are servicing and above all, SAFETY FIRST. Drug free. APPLY ON LINE AT www.Miles.Rocks What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ of experience in aggregate Operation processing plants. Experience in welding, cutting and basic fabrications. A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline 6) be a leader and be accountable. Honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information. The ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner. Excellent in communication skills, including the ability to apply both written and verbal instructions in an industrial environment. Have the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Have a valid WA State Driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record and be capable of maintaining a clean and insurable driving record.
