Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver – No CDL Required Location: West Portland Pay: $180/day during training period (90 days). Performance based pay increase (up to $280/day) Schedule: Day Shift/Full-time/Flexible scheduling available/7-day operation. ________________________________________ About the Job & What We Offer Convex Inc, trusted FedEx Ground service providers, is seeking reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join our team. Drivers deliver packages to homes and businesses in the West Portland area using company-provided step vans. Responsibilities • Organize, Secure, and deliver packages (~150 stops per day) • Safely handle packages up to 150 lbs (dollies provided for heavier items) • Use a handheld scanner to track deliveries • Provide professional, customer-friendly service • Follow all FedEx safety standards and driving procedures ________________________________________ Requirements • At least 21 years of age • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record • Minimum 3 months of driving experience (delivery, courier, rideshare, or similar) • Must pass background check and drug test • Ability to perform a fast-paced, physical job Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, or similar parcel delivery is a plus. ________________________________________ Why Work With Us We know you have options in delivery work.
