This team is working to connect the world through the advancement of digital and sustainable infrastructure. The primary responsibility will be the administration of all aspects of the zoning & permitting process flow related to a variety of projects. You will assist the Land Use Planner and Project Manager by preparing and submitting jurisdiction applications to obtain necessary entitlements and construction permits. Strong communication skills are necessary to successfully work with multiple teams and jurisdictions to effectively hit project forecasts. A successful candidate will be able to manage internal and external databases and relay project updates to our clients. Excellent negotiation skills and experience in securing favorable vendor and location deals. Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with producers, vendors, cast, and crew. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems efficiently. Familiarity with wrap and post-production financial requirements. Preferred Skills Experience with union and non-union productions. Familiarity with production accounting software and reporting tools.
