Aggressive solos are legally driving +14,000 miles a month. A few of your load options are either CA to AZ round trips, or CA to the southeast (FL-VA) triangle and back. Solo drivers will earn .50 cents for all actual odometer miles. Bonuses possible every quarter for hitting mileage goals. We currently have available one 2023 Western Star 49x. Our fleet is always properly maintained with things fixed right away. This is reefer work. A Machine Operator ensures that the final product complies with the company's quality standards which includes the reliability, usability and performance of the product. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for using tools to perform hourly checks to ensure quality standards are met and the equipment is running properly. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Safety: maintain a safe work environment through training, adherence to policies and housekeeping. Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties Effectively monitor production equipment Make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance and quality Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment Perform quality control checks, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor Minimum 18 years of age.
