Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the defense or aerospace sectors. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. • Strong attention to detail and quality control. • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow strict guidelines for assembly processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a defense-related or aerospace environment. • Previous experience with high-reliability systems and components. • Knowledge of military or defense industry compliance standards.
