FedEx Ground - Contracted Service Provider | Based out of Tracy, CA We’re expanding and looking for Class A CDL Drivers for immediate hire! This is a local-only driving position — no Bay Area runs, no overnight travel, and you’ll be home every night. 💼 Current Open Shifts Available: ✅ Part-Time (Higher Pay) Saturday Only — $29.00/hr | Start Time: 11:00 AM Sunday Only — $29.00/hr | Start Time: 11:00 AM 🛠️ Job Duties: Operate tractor safely and professionally Local work only – within 60 miles of the Tracy terminal Drop & Hook – no loading/unloading Haul 28ft or 53ft trailers Pre-trip and post-trip inspections No doubles, no linehaul, no Bay Area routes Clear and timely communication with dispatch 📲 Smartphone & ELD Requirements: We use electronic logging devices (ELD) – no paper logs Drivers must have a smartphone (required) Use the Motive ELD app for Hours of Service Clock in/out through mobile apps Make automated phone calls to log run times Text dispatchers for updates and next assignments ✅ Job Requirements: Valid California Class A CDL 1+ year of verifiable Class A experience Clean MVR: Max 2 tickets in 12 months, 3 in 36 months No restrictions on CDL – must be able to drive manual 10-speed Must pass drug test, background check, and road test Smartphone required as outlined above 📍 Service Area: All runs are local from FedEx terminals in Tracy & Stockton Servicing areas including: Patterson, Manteca, Lodi, Stockton, Lathrop, Merced 🚫 No Bay Area runs 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Full-Time: $26.50/hr 30–60 hours/week Time-and-a-half after 40 hours Full benefits package: Health, dental, vision, and more Part-Time: $28.00/hr 10–30+ hours/week Must be able to commit to 10-hour shifts 🚀 Ready to Apply?
