We are seeking a skilled, full-time Millwork Finisher with hands-on experience operating industrial finishing equipment and preparing materials for a range of custom wood products. Responsibilities: Sanding, buffing, polishing, and toning using industrial finishing machines and tools. Preparing surfaces for finishes including primer, paint, stains, and clear coats. Conducting quality inspections and performing necessary touch-ups to meet finish standards. Collaborating with production team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Adhering to job specifications and finish standards for each project.
