Help manage inventory levels and report any discrepancies or product shortages. Adhere to all food safety laws and regulations while handling meat products. Collaborate with team members to support overall department efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in a meat department or butcher role is a strong advantage. Knowledge of meat cuts, handling practices, and food safety standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
