You will assist the body technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories. In addition to working as a Parts Counterperson, you will receive training on inventory control, stocking and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom. The typical schedule for a Parts Counterperson is Monday through Friday, plus some Saturdays. Parts Counter Salesperson Requirements • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license • High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or equivalent. • Experience working as a parts counterperson in a dealership or collision center preferred. • Commitment to exceptional customer service • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Detail Oriented • Ability to understand manufacturers specifications. We're looking to a hire a Sales Associate with wine knowledge, previous wine retail, and/or restaurant experience, and the ability to work within a team to physically re-stock the shop. The responsibilities will include: -Recommend and pair wine and spirits for specific customer needs while sharing your experience, knowledge and understanding of wine and spirits. -Assist team members in day to day responsibilities such as lifting wine boxes from the cellar to the sales floor, fulfilling online and shipping orders, receiving deliveries, pricing wine, re-stocking shelves and coolers, and maintaining a clean shop appearance and aesthetic. -Focus on driving in-store sales while providing world class hospitality and a superior customer experience. -Provide support with E-commerce, newsletters, and administrative tasks as delegated.
