About Us: Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Detail Associate to join our team to ensure our RVs are perfect for our customers.   Responsibilities: The RV Detail Associate is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing recreational vehicles (RVs) to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers. This includes both exterior and interior cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction. Primary duties include: ·        Wash, wax, and buff the exterior of RVs. ·        Clean windows, wheels, and other exterior components. ·        Remove tar, sap, and other tough spots from the exterior surfaces. ·        Apply protective coatings to the exterior paint and other surfaces. ·        Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery. ·        Clean and sanitize all interior surfaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. ·        Polish woodwork, fixtures, and appliances. ·        Clean windows, mirrors, and interior glass. ·        Remove any stains, dirt, or debris from the interior. ·        Inspect RVs for any damage and report findings to the supervisor. ·        Ensure all detailing equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored. ·        Follow all safety standards at all times. ·        All other responsibilities as assigned. The five key tasks of this position are: • Perform donation pick-ups and deliveries of sold merchandise, ensuring excellent donor and customer experiences. • Support the movement, processing and stocking of donated materials in the ReUse Centers, particularly furniture and building materials. • Assist with the acceptance of material donations at our ReUse Centers. • Deconstruct buildings and components, maximizing construction and demolition waste diversion for reuse and recycling. • Contribute to general organizational day-to-day maintenance: custodial support, ice and snow removal, lawn and grounds, and building maintenance and upkeep.
