AERONES is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee the inspection and compliance of manufactured and purchased components. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving quality issues, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations. Highway Subcontractor for United States Post Office. Basically you’re a mail man or woman (out in golden valley on a particular route). Collect mail at post office, case all mail, pull down all mail into tray’s, then load. Collect all parcels from cages and floats and mis sort cart. Load in an orderly manner, drive out to delivery route, and deliver, then come back to post office and drop off all remaining tubs, scanner, trays, outgoing mail and parcels, etc. Sign in when getting to work, sign out when leaving to street, sign in when getting back from street, and sign out when all finished. Will be part time, whenever I need a vacation, day off, emergency, whatever, you’ll be doing the route whenever needed. Need to pass a background check, pass a 5 year driving history check, and get fingerprints.

Experience: *3+ years of heavy truck/trailer mechanic experience (oilfield equipment strong recommended). *Must provide own tools *Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and air brake systems. *Brake certifications required (DOT brake inspector preferred). *Cummins Insite & CAT ET software experience is strongly preferred. *Parts tracking and inventory management experience is preferred. *Shop supervisory or lead mechanic experience strongly preferred. *DOT compliance knowledge/experience is a plus. *Welding/fabrication skills is a plus. *Motived, self starter and able to work with limited supervision. *Strong leadership, communication and safety-focused mindset. *Must pass a drug and alcohol test *Must have clean MVR *CDL A is preferred but not required. Review COAs for accuracy and cross-reference with internal results and physical attributes of the product. Identify any discrepancies or quality issues and escalate findings appropriately. Support documentation and resolution of supplier non-conformances.  In-Process Quality Monitoring Review production run parameters and finished product attributes to ensure alignment with specifications. Assist with verifying critical control points (CCPs), operating parameters, and quality checks during production. Support line operators and production teams in identifying and addressing quality issues in real time. Participate in routine reviews of quality trends and data to drive improvements. Outgoing Shipments & Packaging Quality Verify that all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled, packaged, and compliant with order and quality specifications. Cross-check shipping documentation (e.g., purchase orders, packing slips) against physical shipments. Report and help resolve any shipping or packaging issues with the Warehouse and Logistics teams. Continuous Improvement & Support Activities Assist with manufacturing systems aimed at improving product quality and reducing variability. Support investigations into quality incidents and customer complaints by helping gather data and perform root cause analysis. Participate in internal audits as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready records of all inspection and testing activities. Communicate inspection results and quality concerns effectively to stakeholders, including Quality, Purchasing, and Production.
