This role offers the chance to work autonomously in a clinically driven, collaborative environment while managing a consistent caseload. What Sets This Role Apart 1-2 Year Track to Clinic Director (Making $150k+ / year) Supportive, ethics-focused team culture Flexibility to manage your own caseload and daily schedule Opportunity to mentor 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Long-term growth potential with pathways to profit-sharing Strong backing for continued education and licensure maintenance Primary Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized care plans Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise) Supervise PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care Manage an average of 13 patient visits per day Educate patients and families on care goals and at-home strategies Track outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team planning sessions Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure and CEU requirements Candidate Profile Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona Strong clinical reasoning and time management capabilities Comfortable managing a structured, patient-focused caseload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with manual therapy or dry needling is a plus, though not required Apply Now If you’re a Physical Therapist looking for a stable, growth-oriented position in a collaborative setting, we encourage you to apply.
