Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed! Join our dynamic team at Boston Speech Therapy, a woman and speech therapist-owned company, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to work in various educational settings, including elementary and middle schools. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat students with physical disabilities and developmental delays, creating individualized treatment plans to help them reach their full potential. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to implement effective therapy programs that aim to promote mobility, physical independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and provide accurate diagnoses to students with physical challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student. Provide direct therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to coordinate care and support educational goals. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student progress and outcomes. Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy. Requirements Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Experience working with children and adolescents preferred Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Benefits 1099 Contract position $55-65 per hour
