Home Health Physical Therapist Wanted! Join our caring and dedicated team at Boston Speech Therapy! We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to our clients, helping them maintain their mobility and independence in the comfort of their own surroundings. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will conduct assessments of patients in their homes, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving their physical function and quality of life. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to participate in their care and recovery. Responsibilities: Travel to homes around Boston area Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine the needs and goals of patients receiving home health care. Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide in-home physical therapy interventions to promote mobility, strength, and functional independence. Educate patients and their families about exercises and techniques to support continued recovery. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Experience in home health care or geriatric therapy preferred Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Compassionate and patient-centered approach to improving the lives of clients Benefits 1099 Contract position $65 per hour 1 year contract 33 hours per week
