You are what make us amazing!  Responsibilities:  Provide direct pediatric therapy services in a home health setting  Manage and grow a personal patient caseload  Collaborate with the clinical director and recruiting team to expand the local therapy team  Provide support, training, and mentorship to newly hired therapists  Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal policies and procedures  Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical development  Transition into a team management/administrative role as the caseload and team grow  Requirements Current licensure in the state of Texas as a PT  Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, preferably in home health  Demonstrated leadership skills or prior experience in a lead or supervisory role  Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills  Ability to manage time effectively and work independently  Passion for working with children and their families    Preferred Qualifications:  Previous experience building or managing a therapy caseload/team  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus  Knowledge of EMR systems and therapy documentation standards  Benefits Weekly pay - We pay our team weekly so you can enjoy a steady income. Our client, a major health system in downtown Miami is seeking a Risk Management Senior Manager for a long term contract position. The position is ON SITE, Monday-Friday 9a-5p paying $57.00 per hour. The Senior Manager, Risk Management implements and supervises the activities of risk management programs. Additionally, you will monitor and coordinate risk control, reduction, and prevention programs. Moreover, the incumbent strives to minimize the risk of injuries and adverse events to patients. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Investigates and analyzes the frequency and cause of patient injuries. 2. Directs the coordination and maintenance of the event reporting system (ERS), including systematic reviews of all event reports filed at the facility, to identify trends or patterns, and develop recommendations for appropriate corrective actions. 3. Provides and directs basic and complex preventive risk management assessment(s) of processes, procedures, and programs. 4. Maintains sufficient knowledge of JCAHO, federal, and state regulations, and PRO activities to ensure hospital and medical staff activities comply with regulations. 5. Develops and modifies policies to comply with safety legislation, JCAHO, HIPAA, and industry practices. 6. Coordinates and develops hospital-wide programs for quality patient care and risk-free services. 7. Liaises with attorneys, insurance companies, and individuals, and investigates any incidences that may result in an asset loss. 8. Works closely with corporate and defense counsel, directors, corporate associates, and medical and allied health staff on risk management issues and concerns. 9.
