What You’ll Do Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care) Address co-occurring conditions alongside behavioral health needs Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to coordinate care Monitor progress and modify treatment goals as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Engage in staff meetings, case consultations, and continuing education Who We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT), or license-eligible within 90 days Two or more years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred Training and experience in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care Familiarity with treating adult clients and co-occurring disorders Competent using EMR systems and clinical documentation tools Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Ready to Apply?
