We are looking for, well rounded Production Crew for our Digital TV/Video Production Team, you'll be responsible for creating TV/video assets for our studio and physical event productions in Boston Area. General qualifications - experience in overall video productions, including technical operations, audio, live switching, graphics and photography to support in-studio editorial client interviews and small footprint field video productions. What We're Looking For: - Exemplary professionalism in appearance, behavior, and interpersonal communication - TV studio production - Live switching, TriCaster experience - A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (TV & Film Production, Fine Arts, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or Graphic Design). - 2+ years of experience creating videos, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (strong editing ability) , Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft office, Zoom, Google Environment and knowledge of current streaming processes and protocols, and social media knowledge. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to work under pressure, with in-house production standards and workflows. - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. - A creative mind with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in TV/Video production. - Segment producer possibilities for the right candidate. This role is part air-traffic controller, part efficiency nerd—someone who brings order, energy, and a little bit of magic to how great creative gets delivered.
