The Advertiser Operations Coordinator plays a key role in executing and optimizing campaign operations across the advertiser lifecycle. Support the Operations Manager with key initiatives, special projects, and process improvements across the team. Help implement and uphold operational standards and SOPs across departments. Creative Testing & Performance Insights Set up creative A/B and multivariate tests. Track early campaign performance (30-day post-launch) and escalate any delivery or conversion issues. Support reporting accuracy by ensuring campaign data is maintained and accessible. Compliance & Campaign Integrity Perform QA checks and policy reviews on creatives and user flows prior to launch. Maintain campaign-level documentation. Requirements Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented with a bias for execution. Familiarity with ad tracking platforms, postback URLs, and attribution workflows is a plus. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; able to work with structured data. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
