About the Role TAAF is seeking a creative and mission-driven Video Content Creator to bring our stories, values, and community impact to life through compelling video content. This individual will be responsible for shooting, producing, and editing high-quality short- and long-form video content across digital platforms (Instagram reels, TikTok, YouTube [shorts]), helping to grow TAAF’s visibility, widen engagement, and inspire action. Requirements Education and Experience Undergraduate degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 5-7 years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or multimedia storytelling. Demonstrated ability to manage the full video production lifecycle, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery across diverse formats and audiences. A portfolio showcasing a variety of video styles (e.g., interviews, documentary-style, social-first content, explainer videos). Skills and Knowledge Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing and motion graphics tools.
