Looking for an experienced farm hand for harvest to operate equipment. Duties will include operating combine, trucking grain, harrow, hauling grain, swathing. Must be mechanically inclined. We are looking for 2-3 individuals to work on our harvest crew. Male or female. Must have a good attitude, and willing to work amongst a team. Starting mid August until late October or November. We need a grain cart operator, and 2 truckers to round out our crew. Class 1 or Class 3 is required. Room and board is provided. We are looking to fill 2–3 positions, including a grain cart operator and two truck drivers, to help ensure a smooth and efficient harvest. Duties will include operating combines, trucking grain, running the grain cart, harrowing, swathing, and hauling grain as required. Applicants must be mechanically inclined and able to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to keep operations running efficiently. A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a willingness to work long hours during peak periods are essential. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. For trucking positions, a valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license is required, and prior experience with agricultural hauling is considered a strong asset. In return, we offer a supportive work environment, room and board for the duration of the harvest, and the opportunity to work with modern, well-maintained equipment in a professional farming operation. Our team values reliability, safety, and cooperation, and we take pride in delivering high-quality results during one of the most important seasons of the year.
