Looking for an experienced farm hand for harvest to operate equipment. Duties will include operating combine, trucking grain, harrow, hauling grain, swathing. Must be mechanically inclined. We are looking for 2-3 individuals to work on our harvest crew. Male or female. Must have a good attitude, and willing to work amongst a team. Starting mid August until late October or November. We need a grain cart operator, and 2 truckers to round out our crew. Class 1 or Class 3 is required. Room and board is provided. We are looking to fill 2–3 positions, including a grain cart operator and two truck drivers, to help ensure a smooth and efficient harvest. The successful candidate will assist with crematory and funeral home operations, removals, and transfers (First Calls) from a variety of locations including private residences, hospitals, care facilities, and accident scenes. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. • Have the capacity to follow chain of custody procedures, complete paperwork in an accurate, legible manner and be willing to follow established policies and procedures. • Applicants are required to be physically fit and able to lift and transport decedents in a safe and respectful manner. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in funeral services or crematory operations is preferred but not required. • Must have reliable transportation and live within a 25min. commute of our Cottage Grove facility. • Position requires a professional appearance and appropriate attire. • Must be 21 Years of Age or older. • Must possess high school diploma or GED equivalent. • Ability to pass background check.
