We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! You will perform a variety of tasks including managing labor, daily productivity goals, quality control, and daily/weekly reports. You will also identify and document vehicle conditions while promoting a safe and efficient working environment. Essential duties and responsibilities will vary. Ownership of plant’s primary processes (e.g., cell casting, coating, annealing, mixing, etc.) in support of Company and plant goals and objectives. Optimize process performance through the use of Operational Excellence tools and techniques. Accountable for compliance with all applicable regulatory, plant and corporate EHS and related policies and procedures. Develops and maintains safety systems, policies, and procedures for the Stamford site. Key support for Emergency Response functions, roles and responsibilities in accordance with site emergency response plan (PSM – start-up, shut-down procedures, etc.) Responsible / accountable to ensure equipment and facilities are installed and maintained in compliance with all applicable regulatory, site and corporate requirements. Education and Experience BS Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences or equivalent. 3 years of experience in equipment and process development, implementation and support in a manufacturing environment.
