Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + occasional overtime. Total Compensation is $93,600 a year; hourly rate of $45.00 Requirements of a Licensed Journeyman Plumber: Applicants MUST have a current Journeyman Plumber's License in MI state Plumber will drive company vehicle (Must have clean DMV) Leadership skills to manage a jobsite Training skill to share and develop installers to a plumbing role Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients. Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations Licensed Journeyman Plumber Responsibilities: The Licensed Plumber will oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures per plumbing code Training and developing key installers to install plumbing fixtures Managing customer interactions during installation process while troubleshooting a service call via strong communication, efficiently identifying potential source of issue, addressing incorrect installs and proper testing and demonstration to client of repairs/alterations upon completion Responsible for updating Production Manager on status of various jobs Pay: Competitive Hourly compensation ($45.00+ per hour) Requirements

We are helping an innovator in AI technology hire reliable Data Collection Drivers to assist with a mapping and video recording project. In this role, you will independently operate a company-provided vehicle to map and record locations during shifts between 1PM and 10PM, with 25%–50% of driving at night. You’ll also be responsible for managing and securely handling the data collected each shift. The ideal candidate is a safe, dependable, and professional driver with commercial driving experience, a clean record, and the ability to operate independently for long hours, including at night. You are detail-oriented, comfortable handling digital data securely, and capable of following strict safety and project guidelines. Travel & Training Schedule (required) Company covers lodging and per diem Redwood City/Bay Area: Sept 1 – Oct 1 Los Angeles: Oct 1 – Dec 1 As a Data Collection Driver, you will: Drive a company-provided vehicle to support mapping and video recording projects. Operate the vehicle safely for 8–10 hours per day, including during night shifts. Record and map specified locations according to instructions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of autonomous vehicle testing, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge technology while ensuring the highest safety standards. This position is ideal for those with excellent driving skills, a passion for innovation, and an ability to act swiftly and safely in potentially adverse driving situations. Available shifts (can include weekend days): AM - 6:00AM-2:30PM $20-$25/hr PM - 2:30PM-11:00PM $24-$28/hr As a Safety Driver, you'll: Operate autonomous vehicles safely and lawfully to collect critical data on system performance and environmental factors.
