As a Woodworking Technician II, you will cut, shape, and assemble wood pieces. You will set up and operate various industrial woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and CNC machines, to surface, cut, shape, and/or fabricate lumber into wood products. Responsibilities Assemble cabinetry components such as cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Operate machinery such as sanding machines, shapers, and saws. Ensure quality control measures are met throughout production. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with inventory management. Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes. Requirements Five years of woodworking or cabinetmaking experience in manufacturing environment is required High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently. Ability to learn and use a variety of woodworking tools and equipment. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. This in-person role will support the finalization of episodic content, ensuring technical and creative standards are met before release. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the finishing process, including color turnover, subtitle adjustments, media prep, and media delivery with a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure seamless handoff and finishing of episodes. Maintain proper organization of media files and effectively manage hard drives. Manage color turnover processes, ensuring timelines and technical specifications are met. Make precise subtitle adjustments to align with narrative pacing and ensure accuracy. Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve to perform finishing edits, including conforming sequences, QC checks, occasional sound & color fixing and minor tweaks as needed. Conduct thorough quality control checks on all deliverables to guarantee technical compliance and creative alignment. Communicate effectively with post coordinators, sound designers, colorists, editors, and producers to address and resolve post-production challenges and make sure the delivery goes smooth. Maintain responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for the post team. Stay open-minded to new technology and software that enhance efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s or higher degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve), and After Effects is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of native and introduced tree and shrub species and characteristics of each species. Knowledge of tree bio-mechanics and advanced rigging techniques Knowledge of proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals. Knowledge of chain saw safety and operation. Adept in tree climbing techniques & bucket truck operation. Knowledge of ANSI A300 and safety standards. Perform quality workmanship and quality control with customer care attitude. Valid Driver’s License, CDL license preferred Benefits $32 to $40 per hour based on experience.
