Mission: Leading the Evolution of Construction Vision: Exposing the World to a New Way to Build Core Values: Teamwork Integrity Perseverance Continuous Improvement Excellence What we offer: Competitive Compensation, Personal Time Off, Internal and External Training, 401K, Medical, Dental and Vision Requirements Plumbing Service Technician Level II Mark III Construction, Inc. is currently in need of a Plumbing Service Technician in the Sacramento area. Plumbers will perform tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution, wastewater disposal and natural gas.  In addition, this employee will provide plumbing maintenance and repair services to commercial and industrial clients.     Applicants must have commercial plumbing service experience and be able to work independently. Looking for a candidate that can think outside the box to help better service our customers.   Responsibilities: Perform site walks and generate estimates Drain cleaning and operating a sewer camera Prepare equipment and tool lists Diagnose and repair/replace plumbing fixtures (ex: faucets, toilets and urinals, water heaters and instant hot water units) Solder or pro-press copper pipe and mega press gas pipe. Repair copper, cast-iron, PVC, ABS and galvanized piping Cut and thread metal pipe Work from elevated surfaces and ladders Communicate with dispatch and/or direct supervisor Follow direct instructions provided by the customer Take photos and document work performed Collect customer signatures and documentation Work monthly on-call shifts Interpret plans, specifications, and codes Qualifications: Experienced and knowledgeable in commercial plumbing Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Willingness to learn new skills A desire to play a key role within a dynamic team and a hunger for success Able to build good working relationships with clients Strong communication skills Customer service oriented Proficiency with software platforms including iPads/Tablets Ability to occasionally lift weights in excess of 50 lbs.
