SUMMARY: Responsible for jobs from the beginning stages to the completion and installation. Assembles and installs pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for hydraulic, pneumatic, lube and coolant systems by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for consultation on Pipe fitting issues with department employees. Cuts, threads, and bends pipe. Assembles and installs variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including iron, steel, copper, and plastic. Connects pipes, using threaded, soldered, and brazed . Secures pipes to structure with brackets, clamps, and hangers. Installs and maintains hydraulic and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Pressure check system and observes connected pressure gauge to test system for leaks. Welds pipe supports to structural steel members. Observes production machines in assigned area of manufacturing facility to detect machinery malfunctions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and various texturing work Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ground care in the winter and landscaping tasks in summer Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings Troubleshoot, service, and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and three phase electrical panels and circuits Remove/install faucets, seats, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers Troubleshoot and repair drainage problems, water leaks, and lack of water Woodworking on cabinetry, counters, stairs, and doors Drywall repair and painting Other duties as assigned Electrical: HVAC - Understands electrical systems and HVAC systems. Work on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills and be able to effectively perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, woodwork, drywall, and various texturing CPO certified in maintaining balanced pools and hot tub chemicals Able to work on ladders and scaffoldings, use power tools and equipment, and operate company vehicles in a variety of weather conditions Able to work with various chemicals, including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products Familiarity with OSHA PPE protocols preferred Must be able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work such as snow removal Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic hand tools required; specialty tools provided Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
