Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a 13-year-old company providing maintenance services to property management companies, is seeking a friendly and reliable Plumber Contractor to join our team. As a Plumber Contractor, you will be responsible for providing excellent plumbing services to our clients while also ensuring a timely completion of all work orders within budget. Our company prides itself on offering clear communication, quality repairs, and delivering on-time services for our clients. Applicants should be able to perform one or more of the following: main lines, sewer lines with a camera inspection, replumbing, and gas lines. Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance services for a variety of properties. Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Identify and diagnose the source of plumbing issues and communicate the problem with clients. Collaborate with account manager to complete projects. Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal Follow proper safety procedures while working on all job sites. Requirements Have at least 5 years of relevant plumbing experience. General Liability Preferred Licensed is preferred Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently Be able to lift heavy equipment and tools Must have own tools and reliable transportation Possess valid drivers' license. SUMMARY: Responsible for jobs from the beginning stages to the completion and installation. Assembles and installs pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for hydraulic, pneumatic, lube and coolant systems by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for consultation on Pipe fitting issues with department employees. Cuts, threads, and bends pipe. Assembles and installs variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including iron, steel, copper, and plastic. Connects pipes, using threaded, soldered, and brazed . Secures pipes to structure with brackets, clamps, and hangers. Installs and maintains hydraulic and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Pressure check system and observes connected pressure gauge to test system for leaks. Welds pipe supports to structural steel members. Observes production machines in assigned area of manufacturing facility to detect machinery malfunctions.

We are looking for someone who understands refrigeration extermely well and can demonstrate their ability. Knowledge and experience of ice-making machines and ice cream machines. • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile soft-serve, freezer, and ice-making equipment. • Disassemble, clean, test, and reassemble machinery as needed. • Maintain parts inventory, service logs, and documentation. • Follow safety protocols and refrigerant regulations (EPA Section 608). • Provide on-call support and flexible scheduling when required. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or trade school in HVAC/R or refrigeration a plus. • EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal) required. • Minimum 1–3 years of refrigeration or HVAC maintenance experience, ideally with food service or mobile equipment. • Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use tools and read technical instructions. • Excellent attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work independently.
