Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and motivated Lawn Care Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise and work alongside a team in performing high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of 2-3 employees on job sites.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance routes.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, leaf removal, and general landscape maintenance.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on every job site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management.
• Train new crew members and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Inspect job sites and resolve issues as needed.
• Complete job logs, timesheets, and basic reports as required.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of lawn care or landscaping experience (1+ year in a leadership role preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, plant health, and safety practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
