Bath Experts is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Plumbing Contractor to support our bath installation operations. This role offers a full-time salary $100,000+ with part-time hours, providing flexibility while ensuring our installations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. About the Role: Licensed Plumbing Contractor The Licensed Plumbing Contractor will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation of bathtub and shower systems. This includes performing plumbing work, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes, troubleshooting issues, and assisting installation teams as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and excellent customer service skills. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert for all plumbing-related operations. Perform plumbing installations and modifications related to bathtub and shower systems, ensuring all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards. Provide technical expertise and on-site support to installation teams, troubleshooting plumbing issues as they arise. Collaborate with installation managers and crews to streamline plumbing processes and optimize efficiency. Maintain accurate records of plumbing work, inspections, and any necessary permits. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulatory guidelines. Communicate with customers as needed to explain plumbing work, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Assist in training installation teams on proper plumbing practices and compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with State/County/City regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Skills & Qualifications: Active Plumbing Contractor License in the state of Ohio. 2+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential remodeling or bath installation. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices. Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within a part-time schedule.
