TRP is seeking a Pavement Markings CDL Driver to become part of our Highway Striping Team, and to share our Core Values of increasing road safety of the traveling public and delivering the highest level of precision and excellence. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) and controlled substance testing prior to hire Requirements Job Responsibilities: ·       Work with highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint and other pavement marking materials. ·       Operate equipment that installs pavement markings, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders. ·       Perform and complete all work in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines, while maximizing production. ·       Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. ·       Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms, and ensure equipment is in working order. ·       Perform maintenance and repair of equipment. ·       Properly complete time and inventory cards. ·       Maintain proper safety equipment and uniform required for each job. Qualifications: ·       Self-starter with a strong work ethic. ·       Previous experience in pavement marking, highway construction, asphalt paving, or a related field, is a plus. ·       Must pass pre-employment background checks for criminal record, driving record, and controlled substance/drug testing. ·       Must have a valid CDL driver’s license and good driving record is required. ·       Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations. ·       Carry out simple arithmetic functions. ·       Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and experience working with mechanics. ·       Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology, including smart phones and applications. ·       Ability to adjust to changing work schedule. Under this role, a porter not only works in the dish area, but maintains the cleanliness of the rest of the kitchen and the dining area and behind the bar.  Responsibilities: Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times Arriving to work punctually and dressed in the required uniform, including non-slip shoes, pants, snap shirt, apron, and hat or hairnet Setting up your station with sanitizer buckets and rags Wash, sanitize, dry, and restock dishes, pots, and pans. Maintain dish area organization and cleanliness. Check and clean drains. Refill paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper. Maintain soap levels in dish machines. Sweep and mop floors in kitchen, prep area, dining area and behind the bar. Manage trash in the kitchen, prep area, dining area and behind the bar and take it out. Break down and tie boxes for disposal Assist with deep cleaning tasks. Clean shelving and grease traps. Fill and replace sani-buckets. Spray and wipe down floor mats and surfaces. Help move tables and chairs for events. Report equipment or personnel issues. Receive, check in, and store deliveries. Communicate effectively and respectfully with all staff. Position Summary A crane operator uses specialized equipment to move and place large and heavy materials vertically and horizontally.    Essential Functions ·       Operate a variety of material-moving equipment daily according to schedule and instructions from project manager, choosing and setting up the right crane, lift or hoist to complete each task safely and efficiently ·       Inspect machines and equipment daily, perform routine maintenance procedures and minor repairs as required and initiate additional repair requests from mechanics when necessary ·       Control cranes, lifts and other equipment using standard operating procedures to ensure effective transportation of materials and safety for all personnel on site ·       Create and update detailed log of material transportation operations, including information about type of material, movement locations and additional data requested by project manager ·       Listen to site manager’s plan prior to start of every shift, and complete all required tasks accurately and within assigned deadlines with limited supervision ·       Maintain visual and radio contact with ground operators according to best practices and site safety regulations, and respond to questions and instructions clearly and quickly ·       Provide additional support to other crane operators as necessary, including working overtime to complete tasks, operating several types of equipment and training or monitoring junior operators Please note that the essential job functions listed above are not intended to be all-encompassing.
