Large (approx 475 sq ft) room available as studio space in NW Corvallis. Close to 9th st and Trader Joes and Garfield. Ample storage, nice light (2 skylights). Stays naturally cool in summer. Ductless heat pump for cold months. Hours available approx 8am to 6pm. Possible flexibility, but no overnights. Room is part of my house, but has a separate entrance and its own designated half bathroom. Could be used as an office or creating space. I run an air bnb above it, and so there will sometimes be some noise from above, as if in an apartment, and you would hear me come and go in my part of the house. Suited to someone who also likes a quiet vibe. Has a fridge, an electric kettle and access to a laundry sink. You could bring a microwave. $500 per month. Monthly lease. Open to longer term lease if all goes well. Successful applicant will be required to conduct a security background check.
