$600 RV Space (33 ft) on the Umpqua

This is an RV SPACE for rent. Sawyers Rapids has one RV space coming available soon. 33' for $600/mo. Sawyers Rapids is a very beautiful park on the banks of the Umpqua river. We are located nine miles west of Elkton, Oregon, which is 30 minutes from Interstate 5 and 30 minutes from the coast. The Park has a bathhouse with showers, men’s and women’s washrooms as well as a laundry room. There is also a WiFi Lounge with a television, vending machine and a free pool table. The Lounge also has a selection of books, games and movies available to all residents. Additionally, Sawyers Rapids is nationally known for its year round fishing. Personal High speed internet is available through the cable company. Our residents make up a quiet, friendly neighborhood and we work hard to keep it that way. We are pet friendly but require leashes and clean-up bags. We want to make sure the park is a good fit for everyone involved, so we start with a phone interview then move on to a background check ($45 non-refundable) which searches criminal, rental and credit history. If these criteria are met we will set up a move-in date. The rent does NOT include electric. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. There is a $300 deposit, fully refundable upon move out.
