Kayaking, fishing, swimming, walks in nature, relaxing on the shore, listening to the crackling of the outdoor fire ring, brilliant stars... just a few of the many delights awaiting at this seasonal rustic cabin with 60 feet of private lakeshore on the secluded and serene Greenwood Lake in Woodbury (Washington County).  No pets, not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues.  WiFi, FireStick TV and four kayaks included. Built about 1920 on a dirt road,  - think "glamping" - gorgeous piece of lakefront property on one of Vermont's best lakes with lots of amenities! Rental includes four kayaks, fire ring with firewood provided, propane gas grill with propane provide. Drinkable Poland Springs water provided by property owner. Separate and renovated bath house with all new appliances to include a flush toilet, shower stall, sink and plenty of hot water from the newly installed hot water heater.   Two furnished bedrooms (one with a full size bed, one with a twin bunk bed).  Main door opens into one larger room with a full size futon sofa, small table, mini fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker.  The place is ideal for up to 6 people who love to camp.  On cool evenings a red brick fireplace is where you will want to gather around (wood is provided free).  For warmer weather, air conditioning is available in the cabin and bath house.  Cell service at the cabin via the WiFi. Resident loons on the lake and special appearances by a great blue heron and majestic bald eagle will often make an appearance!  Great fishing right from the cabin deck or out on the provided kayaks.  Miles of rural Vermont dirt roads for biking, walking, hiking, etc. Rental available for $190/night, plus $300 refundable security deposit.  Full payment is required to secure the reservation. Renters must bring their own: linens including sheets, sleeping bags, towels, pillows, etc. - everything - just like if you were going camping.  This is a pack-it-in, pack-it-out location excluding trash. Disposable plates, utensils and cups are provided. Absolutely no pets but there is a kennel 3 miles distant.  No illegal drugs. No smoking inside the cabin.
