Bright, clean, sweet office space in new shared practice/ retail/ community health center called The Medicine Shop www.themedicine.shop This is a brand new business with three treatment rooms, a large waiting room, a very well stocked retail space, and a Yoga/movement/martial arts studio that will also be used for workshops and other classes. The retail space will focus on Chinese and Western herbal medicines (including loose herbs), nutritional supplements, and homeopathy. One treatment space will be used by a well established Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Two treatment spaces will be available on a part-time basis. Rent is based on subletting an office for a day every week, but paid monthly. For example, you could rent every Wednesday for $120 a month. Additional days will be discounted. Half days are possible and random one-off appointments are also available. Each room has a massage table, desk, and chair.
