Your bedroom would have an attached closet and bathroom! Rent is $1148 per month and utilities vary (typically anywhere from 20-50 dollars per person). There are many parking spots available (even spots for rent), and the community is very pet-friendly - we invite cats! You would be living with a female-identified roommate in her late 20's; she works from home 3x per week and is into outdoor adventuring. She prefers a femme-identified roommate.
