$1,100 Truckee TD Shared Ski-Lease

Ski lease available Winter home base in Truckee (Tahoe Donner) Season: December 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026 Season Rate: $5500 per room for the entire season ($1100/mo) Three bedrooms and two full baths total for the house. We have two bedrooms with one shared full bathroom available to rent: ● Season Rate: $5500 per room for the whole season ($1100/mo): December, January, February, March and April (must rent for the season - all 5 months) ● Rooms: Two cozy bedrooms available to rent ● Bathroom: One queen size bed and one dresser. Two windows with views. One large wall wardrobe for storage. Share one full bath with another bedroom. ● Kitchen, dining and living room: Shared for all three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, plates, utensils. ● Utilities: Gas and electricity will be split equally or based on days stayed (for reference, it’s been about $2,500 total the past two seasons) ● Other expenses: internet, snow removal contract for the driveway, trash and move out deep cleaning will be split equally (for reference, it’s been about $3000 total the past two seasons) ● Parking: No garage, driveway/outdoor parking -one car per bedroom ● Deposit: A $500 deposit will reserve your spot! ● Full payment of the remainder rent and utility deposits are required by October 31st. Both the left and right bedrooms are of similar size, each with a large closet. The kitchen is functional and perfect for simple meal preps, though it’s not set up for major kitchen operations.
