Hi, I'm house-sitting a family member's furnished home for 6 months and looking for one person to share the space with. The roommate would share the kitchen and have their own room and full bathroom on the second floor. The utilities would be fully covered by the owner. There is washer/dryer in the unit. I'm 41/male and open to anyone who is kind, keeps common spaces clean (esp. kitchen), has a job outside the home, and enjoys there own private space in the home as well as community-oriented interactions from time to time, like cooking together.
