Shipping Clerk: The Shipping Clerk is responsible for packing and preparing packages for delivery, both nationally and internationally. Must be a Self-Starter with excellent organizational Skills. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be Reliable. Must be Detail Oriented. Must have the ability to read shipping documents. Place finished products in boxes for shipping and storage using the appropriate packing materials to prevent breakage or damage. Ensuring the packaging of shipments to customer specifications are in compliance with policy. Closing and sealing boxes, applying labels, or entering identifying data onto boxes. Press Operator: Location: Columbiana, OH Position Type: Full-Time Shift: Swing or 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift for one month) Starting Pay: $17.00/hour $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift Overtime: May be required, including occasional Saturdays Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, die alignment) as needed Load materials into the press and ensure proper alignment and operation Inspect finished parts for defects, accuracy, and quality using measuring tools Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of press machinery Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns Regularly lift and move items up to 75 lbs Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times Assembler: Location: Columbiana, OH Position Type: Full-time, Swing or 2nd Shift Available Training: All new hires will complete 3–4 weeks of training on 1st Shift Overtime: May be required, including occasional Saturdays Compensation: Starting Pay: $14.50/hour Pay Increase: $15.00/hour after 6 months, based on performance and production rates Shift Differential: $1.50/hour for 2nd shift Key Responsibilities: Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines (manual and automatic) Replace tools (drills/taps) as needed to maintain production standards Ensure finished products meet quality and packing standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Regularly lift and move items up to 40 lbs. In this position, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials in a safe and orderly manner to meet production requirements. Pay: Starting at $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) Hours: Must be open to ALL shifts Specific Duties: Perform welding work proficiently and at a fast pace Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Measure and cut materials to meet precise specifications Use appropriate materials to join metals together by welding Inspect finished work to ensure it meets specified tolerances Select, measure, and cut metals to specification Prepare metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assembly Regularly clean and inspect welding equipment and tools Observe all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work area Operate 4” and 9” grinders for extended periods of time Job Requirements: Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance Ability to read a tape measure accurately Minimum 1 year of experience in MIG welding Minimum 6 months of experience with Fluxcore/Dual Shield welding (preferred) Strong manual labor skills with the ability to perform physical tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn company processes and improve skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to follow instructions from the supervisor Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
