Objective The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately accounted for, properly stored, and handled in a safe and organized manner. This role collaborates closely with the management and production teams to support operational goals while maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. This is a seasonal position. This is a non-exempt position with a hourly pay range of $25-30/hour. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Production Demonstrate effective communication in a professional and respectful manner. Collaborate with team members to meet company standards and goals. Provide training, direction, and leadership to maintain a successful, safe, and organized work environment. Deliver shift instructions and hold team members accountable for execution and accuracy. Ensure warehouse documentation is completed, accurate, and legible. Plan and direct receiving, labeling, and appropriate storage of inventory. Record and inspect deliveries for compliance with purchase orders. Supervise and operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks). Stage and organize orders for shipping, production, and storage in accordance with FIFO and company/customer standards. Conduct routine, periodic, and annual inventories with accuracy and precision. Food Safety Implement and enforce departmental procedures and food safety protocols. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF requirements. Identify and report any food safety concerns to management immediately. Attend all required food safety training. Maintain a clean, organized, and continuously improving warehouse environment. Qualifications 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility. HACCP and SQF training preferred; familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and internal policies required. Inventory control proficiency Data entry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced production setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Physical / Additional Requirements: Maintain great attendance at all times Ability to work late nights or early mornings as required. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.

Luxury Install Technician Euro-Style Cabinetry & Custom Wood Millwork M-F 7:00 to 3:30pm $28.00 - $44.00 per hr. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics). You might also install kitchen islands, ceiling beams, decorative panels, bars, even a bunk bed system.
