Experience with handling of delicate components and equipment, including precision optics, semi-conductor, and fiber optic components Experience training and mentoring others in technical assembly or inspection. Strong understanding of manufacturing quality principles (inspection, GD&T, traceability, process documentation). Comfortable balancing hands-on fabrication with process improvement and knowledge transfer.
