Description

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products. This role ensures inventory accuracy; maintain organized records, and assists in keeping the warehouse clean and efficient. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while following safety procedures and company policies. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date inventory records through WMS and perform regular stock checks • Reports Memo’s/ Shift Metrics • Display sense of urgency and timely response to e-mails and follow up with vendors. • Basic Data entry • Maintain spreadsheets • Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse Supervisor/ Manager. • Storing Materials, Packing orders understanding process. • Participate in warehouse operations and activates. • Organize and store materials efficiently to maximize warehouse space • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate outbound logistics • Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma, GED or equivalent • Ability to read and speak basic English • Attention to detail is required to ensure correct item is picked, labeled and properly packed • Demonstrate reliable attendance and willingness to learn • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory systems a plus • To be flexible, open-minded and operate in a fast-pace environment • Microsoft, Excel and Outlook • Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation • Planning and organizing • Attention to detail • Communication skills • Ability to work under pressure Job Details: • Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm ( OT as needed ) • Pay: $18/HR • Call (909) 734-2721 for more details.
