(4:00pm-2:00am Monday thru Thursday) Our night shift employees enjoy 3 day weekends! Our night shift Operators MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years experience operating CNC Machines. This person should be capable of high-precision work, while acting as a team player. Skills Required • Should be High School Graduate or GED equivalent. • Must have experience with Vertical or Horizontal Machining Centers to operate in a safe and efficient manner. • Preferably candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience. • Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. • Must be able to use standard measuring tools effectively. • Must have adequate math skills. • Must be very detailed oriented with good personal organizational skills. • Must be familiar with tooling, fixturing, indexers etc. • Must be able to complete inspection documentation and determine when parts are out of tolerance. • Should be able to train other operators in the process of manufacturing parts. • Must have good manual dexterity and be able to lift 70lbs. • Should have experience in an ISO 9001 environment, 13485 would be helpful. Essential Duties: This individual will be responsible for building automation products from the ground up. Position is responsible for verifying kits are complete, building wiring and testing. Will mechanically assemble equipment, following schematics electrically wire the equipment and then set-up and certify equipment performs properly. will work with engineering to reline prints to improve design and to make product more manufacturable. Requirements: - 3+ years relevant experience required. - Knowledge of basic hand tools and good electrical practices. - Must be able to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics. - Understand how to read electrical schematics and use manufacturers’ product data sheets. - Understanding and following work instructions and procedures. - Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiar with standard manufacturing processes. - Reliable and quality-minded individual is required. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Good communication skills both written and spoken English are required. - Work on-site, on time and on a consistent working hours as scheduled. - Must possess the core qualities of reliability, strong work ethic, and responsibility. - Ability to pass a personal background check and/or clearance at time of hire. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Manual Machinist Manual Machinist is responsible for supporting machine setup, production, and troubleshooting. These components use a variety of materials and have tightly controlled dimensional and surface finish requirements. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or verbal instructions. • Maintain specifications by working with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials. • Experience with manual lathes, knee mills, and various other manual equipment a plus. • Perform proper and complete station cleanings daily and on a job-by-job basis. • Low Volume/High Mix, and High Volume/Low Mix • 3+ years of experience in Set-up and Operation (experience on Lathe required.) • Experience with machining different materials (e.g. aluminum, stainless, titanium, plastics etc) • Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, repetitive movement, bending or twisting, using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls, exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting, exposure to typical manufacturing chemicals (coolant, solvents, cleaners) are generally required to perform the functions of this position. • Able to stand for extended periods of time. • Provide feedback and support to Production Engineers to optimize machining sequences and process. • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency. • Must possess the core qualities of reliability, strong work ethic, and responsibility. • Excellent communication and problem solving skills. • Read, written and spoken English are required. • Work on-site, on time and on a consistent working hours as scheduled. • Attention to detail. • Self-starter. - Ability to pass a personal background check and/or clearance at time of hire. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
